The trainer, is very sporting. She speak clearly dan mudah difahami. The training is very fun with lots of games that keeps the training session lively.

Excellent trainer. Even though some of modules could be common, the trainer Madam Anusia (CEO as well) knows her stuff and can see that's she's very passionate with her work.

The trainer Ms Anusia is a great trainer. She is very friendly, delivered so many useful information that can be used when dealing with customers. So far, I enjoyed the training and looking forward to the next day training ❤️
